Klias River Safari

Pick up at city hotel. Land transfer to Kota Klias. Enjoy the scenic view as you past by padi fields, oil palm plantation and native houses among others on the way to the land of Beaufort. As you arrive Beaufort, enjoy local tea/coffee served with local cakes in the typical village house.

After a short briefing on the safety synopsis of the Proboscis Monkey, begin your river cruise. Enjoy the surrounding riverine forest for about 2 hours .Be amazed by the chorus of the birds and insects while you are on the look out for the endemic monkeys, only found on Borneo.Witness the magnificent Fireflies' "Christmas Tree" along the river as you return to the jetty. Upon reaching the jetty, a traditional dinner treat will be served in the traditional native house. There after, retrace your journey back to Kota Kinabalu City hotel.
